A quick note: This practice is designed to help you slow down and tune in. Please don’t listen while driving or operating machinery. Find a safe, quiet-ish space where you can fully be with yourself.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or disconnected from yourself, this gentle 7-minute grounding practice will help you return to your body and feel more like yourself again.

In this guided practice, we’ll move through breath, softening, and simple body awareness to calm your nervous system and create a sense of ease inside. It’s perfect for the moments when you feel “off,” tired, overextended, or like you’ve lost touch with yourself without even realizing it.

What You’ll Experience

This grounding practice guides you through:
