Mindfulness & Essential Oils

Join us for an afternoon of mindfulness, essential oils, fun and learning with Rachel Hupp! If you’re looking for a holistic way to manage stress and anxiety, this workshop will provide the perfect opportunity to explore the connection between mindfulness and essential oils. Mindfulness has been around for centuries, and it’s a great tool for bringing focus and clarity to the present moment. Essential oils can be used to naturally soothe the nervous system, stimulate the olfactory system, and promote a feeling of wellbeing. In this workshop, you’ll get to learn how to use essential oils with mindfulness techniques, and make your own essential oil roller bottle to take home with you. This is a great chance to step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and take some time to practice self-care.
$10/$5 for Owners. Class size will be limited so sign up soon. Your registration/payment secures your spot in the class. Register and pay on the events page of our website, in person at the co-op, or with your Co-Go online order. Owners receive a $5 discount, as always. We hope to see you there!
