In Slow Flow, students will experience sequencing that will move them fluidly from one posture to the next or sometimes take longer within each posture.
Our morning class incorporates a sweet morning slow vinyasa flow to get our blood moving, our bodies energized and strengthened, and hearts open to good intentions.
