This level I class welcomes new students and those looking to revisit the foundations of yoga. With attention to ease and the fundamentals of alignment, we will explore traditional yoga postures (asanas) in an atmosphere that encourages lightheartedness, laughter, and self-exploration. Modifications will be offered to provide a practice that honors each student’s individual ability and needs.
