During this workshop, you can expect to:

⭐️ Begin to acknowledge and bring awareness to areas that feel blocked or deficient.
⭐️ Learn and use techniques to recalibrate our chakras, both on and off the mat, to bring more balance, well-being, and clarity into our life.
This workshop will equip you with a holistic introduction to the chakras and empower you with practical, tangible ways to apply this knowledge in your daily life, enhancing your yoga practice and overall sense of well-being.
