Meet Your Hosts

Jennifer Matthaei Cottrell is a Certified Yoga Therapist, Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, Meditation Facilitator, Reiki Practitioner and Certified Zentangle® Teacher. Her love of food and travels has led her to India and Nepal, deepening her spiritual practice. She combines these modalities and practices to help people live their best lives.

Rachel Hupp is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Life and Health Coach, Reiki Practitioner, and Meditation Instructor. She is passionate about helping clients take charge of their health and design a more intentional life through mindful eating, loving movement, stress relief, and radical self love.

Spread Out & Relax

During your free time, you might choose to nap, relax in the spacious indoor and outdoor accommodations, or enjoy the dock and lake. 

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel by May 2,  you’ll get a full refund.

After May 2, you are only eligible for a full refund if we can fill your spot. If we can’t fill your spot, we won’t be able to refund you on such short notice. If we can fill your spot,  you’ll receive a full refund.

F.A.Q.

Q. Is it okay to swim in Lake Anna?

A. You’ll have easy access to Lake Anna and you’re welcome to bring a swimsuit and towel and swim if the weather is nice. Kayaks and stand up paddle boards may be available for use at your own risk. 

Please note: a harmful algal bloom sometimes impacts this area, so swimming may not be available. 

Q. The size bed I wanted is sold out. Is there a wait list?
