Weekly Yoga Schedule
Regularly practicing yoga has countless advantages, from increased focus to heightened flexibility. Have a look at the classes I teach throughout the week to see what fits your schedule and lifestyle. Unless otherwise noted, all classes are currently offered both in person and online.
This level I class welcomes new students and those looking to revisit the foundations of yoga. With attention on breath and alignment, we will explore traditional yoga postures (asanas) in an atmosphere that encourages lightheartedness, laughter, and self-exploration. Modifications will be offered to provide a practice that honors each student’s individual ability and needs.

Class may be offered outside, weather-permitting.
If you are joining in person, please bring a mat and arrive a few minutes early to register at Brix and Columns.

Wednesdays tend to be a bit more vigorous vinyasa while Saturdays generally offer a more relaxing practice. Modifications will be offered to provide a practice that honors each student’s individual ability and needs. Yoga sessions will be held in person or online and may be held outdoors at Brix, weather permitting.
$10 for class; $15 for class + a glass
