This level I class welcomes new students and those looking to revisit the foundations of yoga. With attention on breath and alignment, we will explore traditional yoga postures (asanas) in an atmosphere that encourages lightheartedness, laughter, and self-exploration. Modifications will be offered to provide a practice that honors each student’s individual ability and needs.

Saturday: 10:00-11:00 amPlease bring a mat and arrive a few minutes early to register.
An hour of yoga & a glass of delicious wine.
Class may be offered outside, weather-permitting.
Wednesdays tend to be a bit more vigorous vinyasa while Saturdays generally offer a more relaxing practice. Modifications will be offered to provide a practice that honors each student’s individual ability and needs. Yoga sessions will be held in person at Brix.
$10 for class; $15 for class + a glass
