Yoga and mindfulness taught me to trust myself and find peace even when life got crazy. This journey led me to simplify my life. Now in my mid-40s I'm dedicated to guiding women in discovering their own path to fulfillment and inner peace. This path isn't always easy, but it's incredibly rewarding.

My journey to mindfully designing a wildly aligned life wasn't a straight path. Like many women in midlife, I spent years juggling multiple roles - career woman, caregiver, partner - always trying to be everything to everyone.
The pressure to have it all together led me down a path that wasn't truly mine. I found myself climbing the corporate ladder, chasing success as defined by others, all while feeling increasingly disconnected from my true self. I couldn't shake the nagging feeling that there had to be more to life than this endless cycle of stress and unfulfillment.
It was only when I embraced a holistic approach to wellness that things began to shift. By integrating yoga with mindfulness practices, breathwork, and cognitive behavioral techniques, I discovered a powerful toolkit for transformation. This blend not only helped me reclaim my sense of purpose and inner peace, but also ignited a passion to guide other women on this journey.
Now, as a Yoga Coach, I blend my expertise as a registered yoga teacher, holistic health coach, Reiki practitioner, and CBT life coach to guide women like you in rediscovering your authentic self and embracing the richness of midlife with confidence and joy.

Got married, left my corporate job to focus on yoga and life coaching, rebranded my podcast.
2022
Completed CBT Life Coach and Reiki II certifications. Hit 1,000 hours of teaching yoga. Became a YACEP.
2020
Completed my 300 hour yoga teacher training to become RYT-500.
2018
Certified as a health coach to support my client's wellbeing on a more holistic level.
Bought a little cabin in the woods & started dating the man who's now my husband.
2015
Became a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200).
Stumbled upon yoga as a bonus in a Pilates DVD and was hooked!
