Hi there! 😃 I'm Rachel.
I became passionate about helping busy women reduce stress and live a more mindful and intentional life when I struggled to manage the demands of my own work-life balance. It left me feeling anxious and overwhelmed. Now, I help women cultivate a balance between body, mind, and spirit using simple and sustainable habits and tools so that they can keep pushing their wellness boundaries with a healthy body and strong mind and have more energy to be fully present with their loved ones so they can feel more calm, less stressed, and more in alignment with their purpose and priorities.
Mindfulness is at the core of everything I teach. I help women to let go of arbitrary rules, control, and restrictions in their life and instead tune into their body and mind and learn to listen to their intuition. You will learn techniques to trust and honor your body and create daily habits without restrictions, such as meal planning, exercise, mindful and intuitive eating, and relaxation and stress management techniques.
